Hello every one my name is Anthony I'm from bell,ca iv been smoking meat since I was 15 but have never really mastered it I finally bought a brinkman coal smoker and today is my first time using it, I
Smoking Santa Maria style Tri tip, I used Santa Maria seasoning on the Tri tip and I'm using oak wood with some hickory, I also threw in a onion and garlic in the water pan any advice you guys could give me would be great thanks

Hello Anthony, and welcome to the forum. I started with a smoker similar to that one and have one just like that now I get out on occasion Smoked lots of tasty Q on it.
