I have made my own lump. I fill a 30 gallon metal drum with wood. then I put it upside down in a 55 gallon drum (you can drill or shoot holes all around the drum about a inch from the bottom). pack the 55 gallon with wood (scrap is fine) cut a hole about 6" it the lid of the 55 gallon drum. Use a piece of stove pipe to make a stack and attach to lid. Light what is in the outer drum. put lid on and walk away for 24 hours. Use caution when you open. It may still be very hot or flare up.

Happy smoken.

I like the "Shoot the Holes" method, saves on drill bits!

Be sure to burn it off at night- makes for some real pretty colors as the gases burn off.
