Hey Everyone,


My name is David and I have been grilling and smoking for a few years now. I have always loved to cook and I wanted to try my hand in smoking and have been doing it ever since. I have a 30" Masterbuilt electric smoker, and am picking up a horizontal barrel smoker. My bread and butter is definitely pulled pork, biggest weakness I would say is brisket. Not a professional smoker by any means but the only way to get better is practice right. Looking forward to being a member of smokingmeatsforums.com. Keep Smoking Everyone

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
