Finally got to test out the new smoker this past weekend (Brinkmann Trailmaster Verticle Smoker).  Smoked 3 racks of St Louis Cut Ribs, Baked Beans, and Corn on the Cob.  Everything came out great!!  Was a lot easier to control the temp on this smoker than my previous one (Brinkmann Gormet Charcoal Smoker).

Used a memphis style dry rub with the ribs, and smoked with hickory.





Gearing up for another large smoking day later this month for my annual BBQ.  Similar menu.  Good times!!
