New to the Group - Mods from this Weekend

New to the WSM group and thought I would post some mods from this weekend.  So the gasket kit said to wait for 24 hours, not possible as I had a lot of beef ready to smoke.  I think I gave it 5 and all still looks good.

Added the Cajun Bandit stainless door and 3/8 grommets for the new Maverick 733.  Also picked up a new handle and gasket kit.

Here's my result from shredding the pork butt this weekend.  Gotta say, ya get the bear claws for lifting and shredding.

Is the Cajun door really that big of a difference?

I changed to the Cajun door several months ago and it works a lot better than the one that came with my WSM 22.5. I had major leaks of smoke with the old door and the new one stopped it. Really helped with temp control as well.
