Excelent forum! appreciate the valued work, and hope I can aport something to the comunity.
just join the fridge smoker trend. and have some questions.
Dont know if its realy bad Idea or something. since searching from several days. and didn't found anything.
Its possible to change the heat element for infrared heater or electric forced air heater
the Idea its to have a more efficient energy source having the convenience and control of the electric
- For the Electric forced air heater. it could work like offset smoker
- The infrared. could be something like this (sort of halogen oven) :
