Hey all, haven't been around much lately due to totally re landscaping the yard (Yes, I know..... What the hell was I thinking ??). Anyway, took a break today round noon to have some fam over for a smoke ! My fam surprised me today on my B-Day & picked up a bunch of 1 1/4" ribeye's to smoke up anyway I like, so of coarse I picked the RS, so I done a smoke at 150* for an hour & a half on eight 1 1/4" ribeye's ! :yahoo: Then done a hot, quick sear on them after... So here's to The Great Red, White & Blue that I love & respect SO MUCH ! :42: I can't in words describe my heartfelt love for our Great U.S of A ! :77: May God Bless our Great Nation & hope someday soon that some of our leaders will uphold the oath they took to get into office !
