Hello All-

Yup...finally dropped a couple 100 bills on a new MES.  Real anxious to get started putting the smoker to work!  Found out already I need to invest in an A-MAZE-N-PRODUCTS SMOKER before I do my first smoke.  Look forward to getting some good tips from this forum.  HAVE AN AWESOME AND SAFE INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!
