So I just got a phone call from my cousin. We have a family picnic today and he wants me to do 2- 13.5 lbs each ( atleast that what he says) center cut pork loins for the picnic. Normally I would smoke them, but the park does not allow smokers for some reason. You can bring a gas grill but not a smoker. Dumb IMO but it is what it is. I have no idea how to grill them. Times? temps? They are not rubbed yet or anything. Can I do these and make them decent? Lol. Thanks in advance.
