I am new to this world, and I called Char Broil to get some questions answered.. nothing major, but the 'help' I received was less than stellar to tell you the truth. They only know what is available on the website, and have no practical knowledge of the product.
And they tell me straight up that everyone is extensively trained with top of the line product knowledge.
Has anyone else found this to be true?
My question was, beside being 100 sq/in smaller in cooking area, is there any real difference between the OK Joe Highlander and OK Joe Longhorn.
