Hi All!

I was browsing pictures of upright smokers when I stumbled upon this site and think this is an excellent resource for a beginner or experienced person. My goal is to fabricate my own upright smoker with my brother(who happens to be an excellent welder/fabricator).

I have never smoked anything and don't even know where to start. We currently have a 60 gal air compressor tank to start with. So for now I will just be cruising gathering ideas for our smoker project!

Sounds like a great combination! Welcome to SMF and I'm sue you will find all the infor you need for your build. If not start a thread in the proper section and you will get plenty of help! It's awesome to watch someone posting along with pics as they go through the build process. Good Luck and Welcome!
