Hello all been reading for awhile. Just joined, I am from the beautiful state of texas. Live out in the country been smoking and grilling for awhile now. Just got a new electric smoker did a brisket on it right off the bat. Pretty impressed with it, did miss the work of doing it over fire with maintaining temp wood and what not. It's an masterbuilt electric honestly impressed by it.

Ty kindly sir. It came out pretty good was a learning experience, deffinantly not to rush it next time. East texas love it out that way, miss BBQ crab and smoked boudain. I'm about 30 mins out of San Antonio. Looking to do some ribs this weekend question 321? Or a better way in an mes, 30 in. Ty all in advance.
