My name is Chris and I reside in sunny Southern California. My friend turned me on to this forum and I have used a couple ideas thus far. I'm a rookie smoker that has just broke in a new Oklahoma Joe's side smoker. I had a small bullet smoker that I've been slightly using for the past year, mostly fatties. Any great hints to successful grilling/smoking would be greatly appreciated. Any besides my fatties ont really turn out the way I planned.
