Still wrapped in bacon at 160

 

Unwrapped and added a jalapeno back on the grill for 10

 

Rested with pepper jack and cheddar and a smoked potato dish.  Finished plate.

looks delicious! I was wondering what became of the bacon wrappers, but I see it on the plated view. Mouth watering!

Thanks - put them on a cast iron over the grill side burner to crisp a little for the topping.
