I can't fault your logic. A full smoker is an efficient smoker. Look forward to seeing the results.

Gotta fill 'er up! Much more efficient that way!

Ribs were great.  Chicken swings were a little rubbery, and didn't get the flavor I was looking for, but I put we had plenty so didn't eat many wings, perhaps a night of refrigeration and they'll taste better tomorrow?

Nice smoke ring!

Ribs look great. Looks like you didn't glaze any sauce on there? Sometimes a dry rib hits the spot... Taste meat and smoke instead of a sweet sauce.

After you smoked those wings, did you toss them on a hot grill for a few to crisp them up?

No, I thought I should, but didn't.  Will next time.

No glaze, just a light brushing of sauce, but the dry did taste better in my opinion.

Great job. For sure throwing the wings on a hot fire for a few minutes will crisp them up nice!

I inject my wings with a mix of butter and hot sauce.  Man they are awesome.

Never heard if injecting wings. Very interesting! Thanks for sharing 👍

I made wings at a competition last weekend.  The secret is to marinade them for a couple hours.  I use Lawrys Garlic & Herb marinade.  Keeps the moist and the skin crisps up.
