Hi to everyone, I'm a newbie in the smoking world. I have a Char-Griller with a side fire box. Been playing for about a month now. I've done smoked beer can chicken, tri-tip, meatloaf and today I'm going to try a ham. I haven't done too bad. Nothing has come out totally ineditable. Hoping some of you seasoned vets can help me.
