Spent the afternoon with A buddy I've known since 1st grade. Wow that's 37 years! He was hurting after a long night. Invited him over for dinner but he couldn't do it, and he loves my smoked tri tip! Sucks gettin old!

Anywho...  Back to Jamie's Smoking.  I've been intently watching this young lady since her first post in roll call.  We Texas folk keep a watchful eye on our own.  It has been a blast watching her smoke on that Brinkman. ..And I am  amazed the about improvements in her product and the confidence she has shown in  such a short time.  She's is the man! err I mean lady/
Points for how you did it girl.

QView is here! Sorry for the delay guys! We were having too much fun today..and I was drinking beer in the pool...not a good idea to post on the phones. Lol.

Finished and cut ribs...

Next up was the butt..this is when I pulled to wrap at 160 degrees so I could get it done in time.

All done and looking pretty!

My brother's dog Cash got the bone. It was gone real quick. Lol.

Chicken went on at the same time as the butt and obviously finished several hours before.

And you know I have to have appetizers and sides. Made ABT's and then tried out Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans for the first time. The adult liked them and some of the kids too. Also made mac and cheese, but didn't have time to smoke it today, so that was the only thing that went in the oven...

Overall a really good setup. Only had a bit of the meat and beans left, except one of the chickens that my brother took since I'm headed out of town soon. Had lots of good reviews from the fam.
