What's going on? My name is Curtis and I'm a relatively novice at smoking. I have a Master Forge vertical Charcoal smoker that I've only used once for ribs. I plan on taking the plunge and double smoking a ham this weekend and would appreciate any tips you guys can share!

I used to live in RI (Foster) right on the Ct state line, but now out in Washington.

 

For your Double Smoked Ham, here is a recipe from Jeff's main Smoking site (http://www.smoking-meat.com/) Also linked at top right of forum pages.  Anyways, in his News Letter archives:  http://www.smoking-meat.com/november-21-2013-rum-injected-double-smoked-ham It's a good one!
