Hi all, My name is Steve. I live on Long Island, NY. I've been cooking with a smoker for a few years now, I just stumbled onto the site recently. I'm currently using an offset wood smoker from CHAR-BROIL. I will be upgrading next year, Here is some of my work.....

Well sir, welcome to SMF. Looks like you are home now! Great looking foods for sure! I'd say that offset wood smoker is doing you good!
