Hey everyone, RocketDonut here from Houston, TX. My future father in law bought me an Old Country BBQ Pits Pecos Coal Smoker as a housewarming gift and I have no idea what to do. :)
Hopefully poking around these forums will enlighten my path. My fiancee and I consider ourselves food snobs so I definitely want to back it up with some skills.
I'm planning on seasoning the smoker tonight so hopefully I'll have a better idea of how it all works. Looking forward to visiting here more often!
