Just joined today and can't wait to get started. Bought a horizon 20" Classic I hope I made the a good choice for a smoker.:grilling_smilie:

Could be slim pickins but we'd love the company.  Been smoking critter parts for many years, curing a lot of our own meats and got into making sausage a few years ago.

The worst thing that could happen is that we'd wind up rocking on one of the porches with an appropriate beverage.  The farm is on Center Street Rd., halfway between Cherry and Parcell Roads.  Shoot me a private message for a phone number.

BTW, your choice in smokers was horrible.  Just have them deliver it here and we'll keep you from the pian of dealing with it.....
