Mine doesn't mind the garlic, but complains at even one chunk of black pepper! I don't know which one would be worse, as love them both !

(Both garlic and black pepper, not both women) lol

Great looking chicken. Piri Piri is African brought back to Portugal from Mozambique & Angola ,originally colonies until the revolutions. The Portugese had a stake in India,China & Brazil as well so it's a really diverse cuisine when those things come back to the home country.
Thanks, Moikel. I had a friend when I was growing up who's family immigrated from Portugal. They made great food and I guess that history is why!

Oh Steve. That is harsh. I love pepper and garlic and normally she who must obeys is ok with both. However, she says I overdo it from time to time and she reins me in.

i have eaten roasted garlic cloves plain and it still wasn't to much garlic.lol
I know what you mean. One of our favourites it to take a whole head, cut a slice through the top, drizzle it with olive oil, wrap it in foil and roast it. Then squeeze it and eat the roasted garlic on slices of baguette!

There is no such thing as too much garlic!

Thanks, Old School. I once went to a Thai restaurant where they had a garlic pork dish and the sauce was made out of reduced garlic cloves. I worked for a couple of hours and then a buddy picked me up. As soon as I got in his car, he told me to get out. I guess there must be such a thing as too much garlic but only for those around you.
