Hey all, as stated above.... Had to take a fiver and toss some BB's into the TBS.... So, it's just a simple smoke tonite, nothin too fancy, who am I kidding, I'am not fancy..... More a Redneck with a craving for BB's ..... :biggrin:

Wifey had a feelin on my hankering & pulled out the ribbies (my kids call em ribbies) from the freezer.... Thawed them, rubbed down with peanut oil & put on some rub ! I said, "Damn, ya read my mind !" as she with a smile said,"They are ready & thought ya may want some of these tonite!" Coarse I said.... "Well, hell yeah I want some ribbies, I'll go fire up the smoker !" So here we go ! :yahoo:

The sauce is awesome ! And I'am not a huge Q sauce fan, but that one is great ! The rub, we've had to modify a little due to it was a little too spicy for the fam.... I like it as is, but ya know ..... Gotta make it to the fam's liking as well..... We've got it tweaked now pretty well after about 6 mo. of playin around with it ! Thanks again !

Thanks Foam, they are bout killin me right now, so close.... yet so far away ! Not sure I have much figured out, I just maybe pretend real good ! :biggrin:

Can't wait to see the finished ribs, looks good! I've yet to try baby backs but I think I have perfected the spares to my tastes. What kind of wood are you using on them?
