Did two racks of baby backs this afternoon in my Bradley. Coated them in mustard and rubbed them down last night, each one got a different rub - Bad Byron's Butt Rub, Jack Daniels Pork Rub, and Lysanders Rib Rub. Bradley was struggling to maintain 225 degrees so I did a 3-2-1 (rather than 2-2-1) at ~200-215 degrees. Turned out great. Threw some potatoes in for good measure, potatoes ran in the smoker for about 4 hours, wasn't too impressed with how they turned out, oh well. Ribs turned out nice and tender, would do it again!
