Hi all, my name is Tom and 61 years young. This is my first time here. I live just outside Springfield MASS. I just bought a new traeger smoker and never smoked before. Any help would really help. I plan on doing pulled pork, ribs, brisket, fish, and veges. It's nice to meet u all and TUVM..

Hi Gary, I have a traeger smoker and am new to this thinking of smoking a pork shoulder to start for pulled pork. Can u help at all? How long, DO I SAUCE IT AT ALL WHILE SMOKING THINGS LIKE THAT...SORRY FOR CAPS FORGOT TO CHANGE tyvm
