Ok, who's with me? Smoking on your ECB this weekend? (or MWSM?) (or just smokin' on what ya have?) Or did you? Post your pics, join the cook, have a cold drink   cheers.gif   and let's get the TBS in the air! All are Welcome!

Ribs are trimmed, membrane removed, mustard up and coated with the secret spices! Resting in the fridge till smoke time. Lump goes in the chimney at noon! 

 

Will get the chicken ready after the ribs go on.

It's already Monday morning here, but here's a pic from Saturday.  Thin boneless pork cutlets and herb pork sausages on the ECB.  Leftovers for lunch today!
