We'll I started smoking about three years ago after I bought a Char-Griller Duo. Which I soon added the side fire box. I love that grill/smoker and have had great results for the most part. I recently have been looking into getting an electric smoker, mainly because with 2 young kids, wife and a business to run I don't have the time to tend the smoker like I have to on the Duo. My wife bought me a Bradley electronic 6 rack smoker for Father's Day. I was excited to get it home and cured. Well when I pulled it out of the box the door was all dented up. I boxed it up and started doing some more research on electric smokers. Long story short I ended up on this site and reading about the smokin-it products. My new smokin-it model 3 will be here Tuesday and I can't wait to load it up with ribs for the 4th of July party.
