Greetings to all ! Just joined Smokingmeatforums.com and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Steve, I live in Michigan and just purchased my first smoker (30 in. Masterbuilt electric). Going to start my first smoking session tomorrow and can't wait to see how it turns out. Going to do a brisket, ribs, and chicken breasts. I looked over the forum and am amazed as to all the info and fellow smokers. All of the suggestions that they have experienced will be of great assistance.
