Hello all, nice to be here. I live in North Florida (Jacksonville) and have all my life. I'm not new to BBQ or smoking but I'm always trying to learn more. I'm currently using an offset barrel type smoker, a Weber charcoal kettle-style grill, and your standard gas grill. My Father is a self-proclaimed pit master, and I'm not one to argue, he turns out some awesome meat. My brothers and I have learned from him over the years and we're not too shabby either. At least my wife and kids like the product, and that's good enough for me. Anyhow, I look forward to participating in discussions here and learning from all you guys, and humbly passing on what I know when I can.
