I just stumbled upon this site while looking for sauce recipe’s and figured what the hell, why not discuss my only hobby with other enthusiast’s. I was born and raised in Saint Louis, and am currently residing in Mount Arlington, New Jersey. BBQ has been a family tradition and something I am rather passionate about. I do all of my work with a Brinkman Smokin pit I call “old faithful”, and am currently building a smoker out of a 55gal barrel. This will be my second smoker I have built and am excited to share the finished product with everyone. Here is a few pics of the first one I built a little over a year ago, I never got to see her in action but was pleased with the finished product.
