Howdy all. New guy to the site here. I have been Grilling and Smoking meats for more than 20 years. I have yet to learn everything.. :) I am self employed and have been for over 15 years. I do a bit of catering, and offset that time with cnc plasma cutting and Metal fabing.
I have built food carts with full kitchens on them and do a fair amount of metal work and Blacksmithing. I am getting ready to embark on my first smoker build starting with a 275 gallon oil tank.
