No. You will need to vacuum seal and freeze. Without vacuum sealing the cheese will form ice crystals and dry out within 2 months and become gritty........ I know from experience

Thanks for the quick reply.  I have a vacumn sealer.  I have never used that kind of cheese before.  The price was only $25 for 5 pounds, but shipping was $10.  Just wanted to make sure it would still be good.
 
B&P has good cheese and at a good price but they get  u on shipping. It doesnt matter if you get 1 lb or 5. its still 10 bucks
