Hi all, and great it is to be here.

I live in a place called Hayling Island on the south coast of the UK and have in recent months become a great fan of my weber kettle and moreover smoking on it.

I have attached a pic of a pork leg that was nursed for 7 hours together with some ribs that took slightly less.

Both tasted delicious with a cold beer.

I've been lucky enough to have worked and played in Michigan
