Names Scott from Western Kentucky and new to the forum. I have considerable experience smoking meats in various methods. Have used the Weber Kettle grill, a UDS barrel smoker and my most recent addition, a Bradley digital smoker. I am comfortable with stick burners and digital electrics and think both have their place. Joined the group to learn and gain recipes. If I can help anyone out as well that's a bonus. Think I will sit back an lurk awhile and check out the previous posts to the forum. Feel free to shout out.
