Hi Guys! My name is Joseph and I'm from Cebu, Philippines. I found my way here when I was googling on smoking meats (pastrami to be exact).
I haven't tried nor attempted smoking meats yet but I found a nice slab of beef brisket in the grocery earlier and I knew I had to make pastrami out of it. I figured I have about a week (meat in brine right now) to work out the smoking bit.
For now, I do have a small barbecue grill that I could probably use to smoke or I could borrow our neighbor's grill if necessary.
I also roast my own coffee and hopefully I could also learn smoking meat.
