Just dropping by to say hello and introduce myself. Been grilling for a while now, but recently bought a smoker (Dyna-Glo offset) ... so new to the whole smoking aspects of cooking. Always charcoal, always.
Currently in Atlanta, GA.
Love grilling (and now smoking) bb ribs, Cornish hen, shrimp, sausage, pork shoulder/butt
