Hey everyone. My name is Ralph. I've been smoking meat now for about 3+ years and have found that not only do I love it, but it is an absolute addiction.
I started with a Char-griller propane grill that I added a side fire box to. I've smoked some pork butts, tons of ribs, and tons of deer meat in it. I've cold smoked 4 hams and 12 slabs of bacon in it as well.
I just received an analog MES for Father's Day and have already smoked ribs, a pork loin, and chicken drumsticks on it.
I smoke meat as often as I can afford it or kill it myself.
I've been reading on this forum for about a year now, but just today created a profile. I look forward to contributing to this as well as using it for questions and to better my own abilities.
