So every year it gets harder and harder to find the perfect gift for my dad for fathers day. He either already has it, can't afford it or doesn't want it. So, this year I decided to smoke him a pork butt and fix his scooter that wasn't running. I did everything on Saturday and it worked out great, the pork was awesome as usual. I also picked up a small rack of spares to thrown on for my lunch since I had the smoker running anyways. The rack was only $7!
