Hi guys, it's my first message on this forum even if I've been reading you all for so long...

A couple of days ago I've tried my first fatty roll with cheddar, mushrooms and chilies and it turned out quite well I think! Nice bark on the bacon wrap and a very tasty smoke ring! 

 

 

 

do you have any suggestion on what to put inside that would be really - I mean, really - american stylish? I'd like to cook one of these this saturday in a BBQ Contest and I'd like to impres the judges.. ;)

my favorite is the chili cheese dog fatty, but the possibilities are endless! Let us know what you decide on. Sounds fantastic no matter what you decide. Something tells me the fatty hasn't hit gig in Italy ...yet
