Smoked my first butt on Saturday for tonight's Fathers Day Dinner.

Started with Jeff's Rub, substituted turbinado sugar for the brown sugar.

Rubbed down and ready to go into the Masterbuilt.

Couple hours in, probe inserted.

All done. About 13.5 hours, IT 201*.

Pulled nice. Vacuum sealed to re-heat today.

Nicely done! Love those pulled pork leftovers and so does my wife, she uses them in so many other recipes...Shepard's pie, calzones, etc.

Looks like you had a great fathers day and a very successful smoke! Cheers.

Started out at about 230*. Bumped up the temp to about 250* during the stall and kept it there to the end. My cook chamber temp is not exact, el cheapo thermometer is off by 5* or so. But I did get a new Maverick 732 for Father's Day.

That's some delicious looking pulled pork BWorthy, and congrats on that new ET-732!
