Blueberry Sausage & Egg Biscuits

Was out grocery shopping and seen these in the grocery store!  I knew I had to buy them and throw them on the grill for sure.

 

 

 

Fired up the BGE and cooked them indirect on a pizza stone at 350°.

 

 

 

Next up was to grill some sausage patties.  These were home-made using the Owens BBQ Hot Pork Sausage.  We patty them up and freeze them so that when we want a quick breakfast you can grab them and thaw them quickly and take out as few or as many as you need.

 

 

 

Almost there... was going to finish here and eat it like a sandwich but those biscuits were screaming for some maple syrup.

 

 


So, the biscuits won!  A little maple syrup drizzled on top!!
