Hey all, normally I'd be up gettin a Prime Rib Roast ready for throwin on the smoker here in a few hrs & havin my Dad & FIL over for some good ole PR...... Of coarse my Mom & MIL too ! Then throughout the smoke I'd take the opportunity to tell all you Dads out there to Have A Great Dads Day !! Not able to do that smoke today so......
