Father's Day CSR

Having people over for Father's day cookout. Country Style Ribs are rubbed and in the fridge. Mesquite wood is soaking.

 

 

Rub was:

 

Brown sugar

mustard powder

sweet paprika

onion powder

garlic powder

sea salt

 

No idea how much of each. just sprinkled it onto the meat and rubbed it in.

 

 

I'll be making some mustard based sauce tomorrow, but not sure what will go into it, yet.

Pork country style ribs, rubbed with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, mustard powder, and sea salt, then glazed with Maker's Mark and honey.
 
 

 

 
 
 
 
Also, some Hatch chilies I smoked at the same time.
