Hello everyone.
Well I'm from the south side of Chicago, and I just purchased a Brinkmann Trailmaster horizontal smoker. I found this site while looking for info on tuning plates for the smoker ( still need to figue out where to get the steel). I have been smoking for a few years now, and currently I own three smokers. I have a Weber smokey mountain, and a Sothern Pride DH 65 ( in storage from a fail business...Location, location, location). I hope to gain from this site, and maybe contribute as well.
