Hi REMSR here just a few days old makes me feel good sense I actually one month from 70. I have been smoking for around 15 years. I started on a cheep All In One Brinkmann gas smoker and after a few mistakes and modifications I was able to turn out some really good smoked meats. Then my trust smoker crashed on me. I then bought a Brinkmann offset smoker that I never got to work right for me so I bought a 221/2" WSM. I also have 3 grills A Holland grill that is more like an out door oven and I have a 12 year old Backers and chefs grill from Sam's club and a new 91000 BTU Kitchen Aid grill from Sam's club. I love to grill and smoke. I also have a garage full of woodworking equipment that I use to build cabinets and restore old furniture for a hobby. I also write a lot. I have been retired from the printing industry for about 11 years so I have lots of time to do the things I love most.

I am not sure if this is where I should post this information but I guess if I am wrong some one will tell me.

Welcome REMSR!

When you get a chance take a min and click the "My Profile" Icon on the above taskbar, tell us as much or as little as you like about yourself.  But most importantly add in where ya hang your hat. It will eliminate countlessly being asked on threads. Cause where you live matters to the smoke.

Thanks

And Howdee again, look forward to seeing your achievements!
