Hello, all. From Alabama, 63 years old. Been fooling around fires and meat for most of my life. Have regressed from a 1200 pound plate steel behemoth wood-burner to a huge GOSM propane, and now to a MES40.

Already have received some very helpful info. Look forward to learning a lot more.
