It's the weekend so I've gotta fire it up. Decided on chicken for a faster cook time than pork. Still scared to try beef but that day is coming soon!
Loaded up the bottom rack with 20 wings and the top had two breasts with a bacon blanket and am trying my hand with a dozen ABT's for good measure. This is the last of my charcoal so I used my leftovers to start the fire. First time reusing. Appears to have worked beautifully. Sitting at about 260 right now about an hour in. I use Stubbs briquettes but we've got a trader joes opening up later this month. May try their briqs.
