The Caveman Sear On Them T-Bones !!! My wife when I asked her if she'd like the Caveman Sear for her steak she said "What's that ?" Then I described what the Caveman Sear was & then she said DO IT !! I'am a lucky man, with a girl that wants a Caveman Steak !!

Looks awesome, love the reverse sear. Man I gotta get me a charcoal kettle, tired of the gas grill.

Thanks brandon, yeah I will always have a use for my Weber Kettle ! If I were you, I'd sure spring for one ! Ya can smoke with them too & they aren't too bad of price !

Hey Adam, I just seen this ! No T-Bones ? No worries there's always a good ole ribeye ! Ribeye's are my fav but when we had the beef butchered we also got some T's.... They are good ! But had all the ribeye's put into prime roast so we have the option of cutting them up before grilling or (reverse searing).... But usually do the prime roast smoked up whole !
