I please need a bit of advise. I just bought a Oklahoma Joe Longhorn Smoker. I am looking at replacing the Factory provided thermometer with the Man Law Grill/Smoker gauge. The other gauge that I am considering is the tru tel gauges.
I would like to find out if any body has used them before and if they have experienced any problem with this gauge?
And of course with one of the two would be recommend? I know this will come down to personal but would still like a bit of guidance.
I am aware of the boiling water test that can be perform to check the accuracy and it will be performed once I make the purchase.
