Almost 3 hours at 240 degrees. getting ready for foil. here's a pic before they went in.

 

not sure what to put in foil, apple juice or butter,honey, brown sugar or all the above

Brown sugar, butter and a more rub is my favourite:drool

Got it going on man. Sometimes can't get the 1. 3-2 minus 1. Who cares. When its done its done!:drool
